KEEP YOUR SAW EVERCLEAN™
The EverClean is a revolutionary new product that solves one of the age-old problems of oil contamination in slab saws. With the cost of oil running $15-$20/gallon, it can be very costly to do an oil change on your saw, not to mention that cleaning a saw is a undesirable dirty task. By cleaning the oil as you cut, the oil can be used for many years and reduces the wear on the internal components as well.
The EverClean Oil Cleaning System is made up of three main components:
1. The Pickup - The Oil Pickup has a magnetic base so it can be placed in proximity to the blade where it can easily collect the dirt particles as soon as they are being generated.
2. The Pump - The industrial grade pump is mounted with a bulkhead fitting which has an O-ring for making a leak tight seal. The pump is connected to the pickup with a short section of hose and then delivers the oil at approximately 3 gallons per minute to the EverClean separator.
3. The EverClean Separator - The separator is designed to easily mount to any conventional slab saw with four bolts and an O-ring bulkhead fitting providing a simple, leak-free installation. The centrifuge separates dirt particles from the oil and de-sludged oil is then returned back to the saw. Inside the unit, there is a removable canister, which collects and compacts the sludge.
Freestanding EverClean System
The Freestanding EverClean system is a revolutionary new product that solves one of the age-old problems of oil contamination in multiple slab saws. Ruggely built on locking casters, the Freestanding EverClean system is low enough to roll under many machines to allow dirty oil to be poured directly into the tank. With the cost of oil running $15-$20/gallon, it can be very costly to do an oil change on a single saw let alone a batch of saws.
